“No matter how experienced we are, construction lawyers can always learn more,” says veteran construction attorney Tony Ciccone. “After nearly 20 years practicing construction law, it’s an honor to have the opportunity to share my experience as a conference faculty member. And it’s always insightful to hear challenges being faced by fellow construction professionals.”

Tony is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor which is extended to only the top one-third of one percent of Texas attorneys each year. In 2019, Tony was selected to join the Austin Business Journal Leadership Trust and from 2017-2020, he was selected to Texas Super Lawyers, Thomson Reuters, as published in Super Lawyers Magazine and Texas Monthly Magazine. Since 2014, he has also maintained the distinction as an AVVO Superb Rated Attorney. Tony is also a proud member of the 2012 Austin Essentials Leadership class.

Tony has practiced construction law in Texas since 2003, representing a wide variety of businesses, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and suppliers. His practice area focuses primarily on construction related matters such as liens, bonds, business management, and construction litigation.
