Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney, you will:
- Manage family law matters from initial consultation to resolution, in close collaboration with the other attorneys and staff.
- Prepare motions, discovery, pleadings, orders and decrees; legal research and analysis.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Meet with clients, experts, and witnesses.
- Strong writing skills are a must-have.
Who We Are Looking For
- Accredited law school graduate, licensed to practice in Texas.
- At least two years experience in family law.
- This should include Court appearances, trial preparation, drafting motions and discovery, and conducting depositions and mediations.
