Caroline A. McClimon is an associate attorney, graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008. In 2020, she was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer, Thomson Reuters, and in 2020 as one of the Top Texas Women Attorneys, published in both Super Lawyers Magazine and Texas Monthly Magazine. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas and Austin Bar Association. In April 2019, Ms. McClimon was appointed as Associate Judge to the City of Bastrop and currently serves in that position, in addition to practicing law.

Since relocating to Central Texas where her husband was born and raised, Ms. McClimon began to focus her practice on family law, estate planning, and probate matters. Ms. McClimon has almost 10 years-experience in the courtroom and maintains a strong professional reputation for her litigation and courtroom skills.

Ms. McClimon’s philosophy on the practice of Family Law, whether a divorce or child custody matter, is that creative and practical solutions give clients the best results for their unique situation. To be an effective and zealous advocate, she does not apply a “one-size fits all” approach to their case; instead, Caroline seeks to understand each client’s particular circumstances, whether it involves complex property division or high-conflict custody disputes with significant issues such as family violence, child support enforcement actions, modifications of previous orders, grandparent rights, termination, and paternity issues.
