Family Law Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling contested family law matters, including divorce, child custody, enforcement actions, modifications, and complex property division matters.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing litigation deadlines, client communication, discovery, hearing preparation, and trial support in a fast-paced environment. Strong familiarity with Texas litigation procedures and e-filing systems is preferred.
Civil Litigation Paralegal
We are also seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to support our construction, business law, and real estate litigation team.
This role involves assisting attorneys with litigation-related drafting, discovery management, hearings, mediations, calendaring, client communication, and case organization. Experience in construction and real estate litigation is preferred, but not required.
