Justin Berry

Justin takes a business-first approach to the practice of law, combining legal knowledge with firsthand experience in real estate, construction, and project management to deliver practical, strategic counsel to clients throughout Austin and Central Texas. His practice focuses on business, real estate, and construction law, where he helps clients navigate complex transactions and protect the interests they have worked hard to build.

Justin's experience extends beyond the practice of law. As a licensed real estate agent and former construction manager and project manager, he has direct knowledge of the transactions, negotiations, operational demands, and practical challenges that shape the real estate and construction industries. This background gives him insight into how projects operate, how business decisions are made, and where legal issues can affect the bottom line. His legal career began at respected Austin-area law firms, where he worked as a runner during high school and college and continued as a law clerk at an appellate firm during law school. Together, these experiences give Justin a practical perspective on the intersection of law, business, and industry.

A Central Texas native, Justin earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas State University. During law school, he was named to the Dean's List, received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence, and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
