Taco de Mayo 2026 brought together Austin’s legal and business communities for an afternoon filled with incredible food, great company, and meaningful impact.
Presented by Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP and Amini & Conant LLP, this year’s event benefited Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas and raised over $45,000 to support access to legal services for members of our community in need.
From creative taco entries and desserts to judges’ tastings, trophies, kids, dogs, and community connection, Taco de Mayo 2026 exceeded expectations and created a memorable experience for everyone involved.

What Is Taco de Mayo?
Taco de Mayo is an annual fundraiser and friendly taco competition presented by Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP and Amini & Conant LLP in support of Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas.
The event brings together members of Austin’s legal and business communities for food, friendly competition, and community support, all while helping raise funds for an organization that provides essential legal services to Central Texans in need.
